Nurturing the Earth Pledge
Today I will be thankful for the abundance and beauty of this planet. I will dig deeper to become more aware of my habits and take stock in my household to find ways to reduce my impact here. I will show my children ways to be mindful as they tread upon their paths. Today I pledge to:
- limit computer use to 3 hours per day or less
- have at least one car-free day per week
- plant the parking strip in front of our house with native plants
- each month, find one new way to reduce, reuse, recycle
