Infant Massage Classes

Infant massage is a gentle and loving way to bond with your baby. Massage teaches your baby relaxation at a young age, which is an important tool that your baby can use throughout his or her life. By spending this special one-on-one time with your baby, you will be more in-tune with your baby and begin to recognize your baby’s cues more quickly. Massage has the benefit of increasing circulation, which enhances the absorption of nutrients into the bloodstream, in turn, strengthening the immune system. Massage can also relieve your baby's discomforts caused by teething, gas, colic, and constipation.

Join us for one focused class or attend all three classes to learn techniques for a more in-depth, full body massage. All supplies will be provided. Ages: Birth to 3 years, older siblings are always welcome to join us and learn.
