Community Mother Art Tree Project: Collaborative Mural part 4

On to the next three pieces from the mural!

This fourth piece was created by Amy Watson founder and director of Whole Mama~Whole Child. Amy is a joyfully married mama of three young children; a chiropractor for moms, babies, and kids; and a free-spirited gypsy at heart.

The Last Leaf

(I took this picture at an angle because it has a glossy finish. I wish my photographs of these paintings were better, then you could see the beautiful flecks of gold in this painting. You will just have to see the mural in person when it is up!)

Yoga during pregnancy helps women through the process of pregnancy by connecting with other mamas-to-be, allowing opportunity for inward reflection, providing a healthy physical and emotional outlet of one's experience, and, ultimately, preparing one for birth on a holistic level.

The Kids Yoga series is instructed by Mindy Dillard.
$30 for 4 classes or $10 drop-in per class.
Sundays: 12:00-1:00pm
September 20th-October 11th

Yoga is just as fun for the little ones as it is for adults! This series is for kids ages 3-7. Parents are welcome to stay and participate, or free to leave.

Exhale also has yoga therapy, craniosacral therapy, massage therapy, and community chiropractic care.
